Qualtrics is available to all Lesley University faculty and staff. Student access is provided if required as part of a course or program. Instructors can arrange for student access for a whole class.  Please see how to log in, and then request full access, based on your affiliation.

Initial Steps for Everyone

Log in to Qualtrics using your Lesley credentials (the username and password you use to log in to myLesley, Self-Service, and the Lesley network):

1. Open your browser and enter the following url: http://lesley.qualtrics.com
2. Enter your Lesley username at the Email/Username box/field.
3. Enter your Lesley password at the Password box/field.
4. Press enter or click Sign In.
   
   
   

Faculty/Staff Access

We have a University-wide Qualtrics site license available to all faculty and staff. Use your Lesley credentials (the username and password you use to log in to myLesley, Self-Service, and the Lesley network) for the Qualtrics service.

Your account will initially have limited and restricted access. To upgrade your account for full access:

1. Complete the Qualtrics self-paced training outlined in the attached document. 
2. Email IT (it@lesley.edu) stating that you have completed these tutorials.
3. You will be emailed within 3 business days to notify you that your account has been upgraded. 

Also note that our Qualtrics license comes with unlimited phone and email support, both regarding surveying best practices as well as how to use Qualtrics. (http://www.qualtrics.com/contact/ ). If you're asked to log into the Qualtrics' support site, select Sign in with SSO. Our organization ID is lesley.

Students Who Request Access Individually
We have a University-wide Qualtrics site license available to all faculty and staff, and students whose course, program, dissertation, or thesis requires use of a survey tool. Use your Lesley credentials (the username and password you use to log in to myLesley, Self-Service, and the Lesley network) for the Qualtrics service.

Your account will initially have limited and restricted access.

Upgrading your account to full access

1. Please have your instructor or thesis / dissertation advisor send an email to it@lesley.edu noting the following information:
   • Indicating that they are your instructor, thesis advisor, or dissertation chair (specify which)
   • Indicating that your use of Qualtrics is part of your [course / program] in [Lesley school name]. Please specify the items in [brackets]
   • Acknowledging that they will supervise you in your surveying endeavors, including ensuring your surveys meet with surveying best practices, and guiding you though the Lesley Institutional Review Board (IRB) process, if necessary.
2. Complete the Qualtrics self-paced training outlined in the attached document. 
3. Email IT (it@lesley.edu) stating that you have completed these tutorials.
4. You will receive an email within 3 business days to notify you that your account has been upgraded.
