The following directions are for dialing from physical desk phones on campus. If you are calling from a MiCollab computer phone or from the Agent client on your computer, you don't have to dial the 7 before the number. The systems automatically place the 7 before the number.
Local and Long distance:
- Dial 7, the area code, and the 7-digit number.
Toll free numbers - area codes 800 and 888:
- Dial 7 and then the 800 or 888 toll free number.
International numbers:
- Dial 7, 011, country code, city code, and the number.
