If there is no dial tone on the phone in your dorm, you should first contact your service provider to have them troubleshoot your issue. If your service provider confirms that the phone is connected in your room, then you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your name
- The phone number that you need to have connected
- A phone number where you can be reached
- Your dorm name and room number
- Your decision about whether or not you will allow our technician to enter your dorm room when you are not home.
Note: The only reason a technician would come into your room would be to deal with this issue, and would not do so if you haven't given your permission.
