Why am I having a problem accessing Colleague using the VPN?

If you are having issues accessing Colleague through the Pulse VPN application, there are some steps that you can take to troubleshoot. Please remember that you cannot use a personal computer to access Colleague.



You are getting a message that your computer is not secure

If you receive any of these error messages, you must run updates on your computer, both system and Windows updates, as needed.  These updates generally provide extra security.

Colleague has trouble opening in your browser

Have you set your browser to allow Colleague pop-ups?  Go to Allowing pop-ups for specific sites to get instructions on how to enable your browser for Colleague access.



If you are still having issues, send an email to it@lesley.edu and IT will try to help you. There is no support if you are trying to use the VPN via your personal computer.
