Modifying your Window computer's sleep settings

Modified on Fri, Aug 23, 2019 at 3:01 PM

1. Right-click on your Window 10 icon. In the drop-down menu that pops up, choose Power Options

2. On the left-hand side, click on Change when the computer sleeps.

3. Select the display settings that you want your computer to use. You'll be able to choose separate options if you want for when your computer is plugged in, and when you are using the battery only. If you have any environmental questions regarding the amount of time you should choose, please email green@lesley.edu.

5. Click Save Changes.
