Lesley University does not provide traditional cable television service in individual dorm rooms. Students will not have active service at the coaxial ports in their rooms and cannot sign up for individual cable accounts. This change reflects a shift in how students consume media and allows the university to focus more of its resources on strengthening our WiFi and network infrastructure.
We’ve Embraced Streaming:
Smart TVs are available in all dorm common areas, where students can sign into their own streaming accounts like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Just remember: these are shared spaces—please be mindful of content and log out of your accounts when you're done.
In addition to the residence halls, you'll find streaming-enabled TVs in:
The gaming lounge on the third floor of Sherrill Hall
Meeting rooms on the second floor of Sherrill Hall
The Support Hub Annex Lounge in the Reed-Burnham Building
The Student Center on Doble Campus (TVs here may be tuned with help from the Info Desk staff)
