Sharing Content in SharePoint to a Large Audience
If you would like to share your SharePoint site with a broad population of people, like staff, faculty or students, there are pre-existing groups that you can use. The lists are as follows:

Auto-Off Campus Students | Matriculating student’s home location region is NOT “ON” |
