Installing Papercut on a Windows PC

Lesley owned assets use a product called Papercut to manage printing across campus.  PCs require a program called Print Deploy in order to install the correct drivers. 

These programs are intended for Lesley Assets.  If you need to print from a personal device, you should use web print

PRINT DEPLOY

This is responsible for installing the correct drivers onto your system

1. Click here from an on campus computer and press download in the window that opens to download the Print Deploy application.  
2. Once the program “pc-print-deploy-client[10.206.129.101].msi” is downloaded, double click the program to run it. 
3. Follow the on screen prompts, allowing the program to make changes if asked.                    
4. In order to print, select 'Lesley_Fac_Staff' as your printer

Synchronizing Lesley ID to PaperCut (First-time using ID):

1. If this is your first time using your Lesley ID on a printer, you will encounter “Unknown Card” screen when swiping your card on a printer.
2. Enter in your Lesley Credential to associate your Lesley ID with PaperCut.
3. Swipe your Lesley ID again to access the printing option.

The Toshiba should now display the main PaperCut screen.  From here you can release print jobs, make copies, or scan to email.
