You may qualify for a student account refund in the event that an overpayment of tuition and fees, scholarship credits, excessive financial aid applied to your student account, or a change in your enrollment creates a credit balance on your account.
Eligible refunds are automatically generated and processed within 14 days of the date your financial aid is credited to your student account. You can view your Lesley Self-Service account to see when your loans have been disbursed to your student account.
Credits resulting from a Federal Parent PLUS Loan will be refunded to the parent listed as the borrower unless the borrower has indicated to refund the student.
Students can manage their refund preferences via the Student Account Center (SAC). To visit the Student Account Center, log into Self-Service at lesley.edu/selfservice. In the Financial Information menu, select "Finances" and then "View My Billing."
Once enrolled, you'll receive correspondence from the SAC via your Lesley email address (or your email address on file if you are a non-degree student) prompting you to choose your refund preference. You have the option of an automated ACH (electronic check) deposited to your bank account or a paper check.
If you have not received an email from the SAC regarding registering your account and setting up your preferences, please notify us by submitting a ticket on the Support Hub or emailing help@lesley.edu.
