Student account refunds that are generated by paper checks can often be lost in the mail. We recommend setting up direct deposit to ensure the secure delivery of your refund.
Changing your refund preference is easy: log into the Student Account Center (SAC) and select the Manage Refunds button in the Refunds box on the SAC homepage. To visit the Student Account Center, log into Self-Service at lesley.edu/selfservice. In the Financial Information menu, select "Finances" and then "View My Billing."
If you were expecting a paper refund check and you haven't received it, please contact us by submitting a ticket on the Support Hub. Replacement checks can take 48 to 72 hours to generate as the bank will need to issue a stop payment for the previous check before we can send a new one.
