Publish without requesting review when:

• You have made only small changes to the page (e.g., an updated sentence, link, heading, etc.).
• In terms of "what is the tipping point" for when you're making more than "only small changes," this depends. You will need to use your judgement. Some ways to describe the tipping point are:
  • Less than 5-15% of the page content is changing.
  • Only a few words to a sentence are changing.

WHAT TO DO: Publish the page, following the Pre-Publish Checklist.

Request review when:

• Larger or more involved changes are needed.
  • More than 15% of the page content is changing.
  • There are many, many little changes within the page such that a second set of eyes to proofread would be wise.
  • You are new to editing content of this content type

WHAT TO DO: Click "Save and Request Review" and make sure to leave a comment about what's changing and/or what review would be particularly helpful.

Ask for help when:

• You need an entirely new page (or group of pages)
• You are new to this content type
• You know that your content doesn't follow Lesley brand guidelines, but you're not sure how to fix it.
• You find yourself thinking: "I'm not sure how to approach this."
