You can add or change payment elections any time.
Add or Change Payment Elections
From the Workday home page, click the Benefits and Pay application under Your Top Apps.
Under Tasks and Reports, click the Payment Elections task.
If you do not have a current payment election, you will be prompted to add a new payment election.
You will be required to choose a payroll payment type. Please note that "Wisely Pay Card" can only be selected if you are enrolled in the Wisely pay card. If you would like to enroll, you must select "Awaiting Wisely Pay Card."
If you select "Direct Deposit" as your payroll payment, please verify your current accounts and/or add additional accounts. Current bank account information will be provided. If you are adding a bank account for the first time you will need the below items:
- Bank routing number
- Bank account number
- Bank name
Add a bank account ONLY if you do not see it in your payment elections screen.
Click OK once you have added your bank account information.
Click Edit or to start a new payment election. Click Update on the existing payment election.
Edit you payment election and choose a payment type. You can choose to have your payments by Direct Deposit, Check, or Wisely Pay Card.
Wisely Check Card
Select Awaiting Wisely Check Card to receive your paychecks on a secure card. Additional information will be needed prior to you receiving the card. You will be contacted by a member of Human Resources with more information. Payments will be mailed by standard check until the Wisely Payment is confirmed.
