There are two scenarios that could be happening:
Scenario #1: If you got a Tevera account before becoming an official Lesley employee, you probably registered using your personal or work email address--not your new Lesley email address. Tevera does not automatically update this because it is not connected to other Lesley systems. To fix this, email [email protected] and ask them to update this information so you can start logging in using SSO. In the meantime, you can login using your old email address as your username.
Scenario #2: If you got an account when you started the program, but forgot to register, go to https://lesley.tevera.app/#/logon and click on Register. This will prompt an email from Tevera to be sent to your Lesley email address that will guide you through registration. Make sure you use the same username and password that you use for your Lesley email. After you register, you can login using SSO.
