Why can't I print a transcript to my Colleague printer?

If you are trying to print a transcript from the TRAN (Transcript Print) form in Colleague, but it doesn't print to your designated Colleague printer, make sure that you are sending the transcript to the correct place.  You must designate the printer to which the transcript should print, or it will print by default to the official transcript printer in the Registrar's office.


To let Colleague know that you want to choose the printer, make sure that you put NO in the Use Grouping Ptr field.  When you put No in that field, the Output form will be presented where you can choose a Hold file, etc., and browse or save your requested transcript.
