Create a Team Meeting

Teams is connected to your exchange calendar, allowing you to schedule a meeting either within Teams or directly from your Outlook. You may add specific users to your meeting or create a meeting for your entire Team.

Watch the Manage Meetings tutorial video for detailed instructions or go to Schedule a Meeting in Teams for written instructions.

Join a Team Meeting

You may join a Team meeting by clicking on a link in your email or clicking on the meeting in your Team channel, Team calendar, or Outlook calendar.

Please note that at this time Lesley University does not have the ability to join a Teams meeting by phone.

Watch the Join a Teams Meeting tutorial video for detailed instructions or go to Join a Meeting in Teams for written instructions.

Share Your Screen

Teams allows you to share content during a meeting, including your entire desktop, a window, a PowerPoint presentation, or a whiteboard. If you need to share video with the participants, you may also share system audio (please note that  the ability to share system audio is currently only available on Windows devices).

Watch the Show Your Screen During a Meeting tutorial video for detailed instructions or go to Share Content in a Meeting for written instructions.
