Changing your multi-factor authentication settings

Modified on Thu, Apr 6, 2023 at 3:57 PM

If you want to make changes to your settings, such as if you get a new phone number, for instance, you can easily do so in Office 365.

Changing your settings

1. Sign into Office 365 at http://www.lesley.edu/office365. If you are already logged into email or any other Office 365 account, you can still follow these same instructions.

2. Click on your picture (or initials) in the upper right-hand corner and choose View account.

3.  You can click on either Security info from the menu on the left, or click on UPDATE INFO > from the Security info box.

4. On the Security info page you can choose to use a different method of signing in (A), just update an existing number (B) or, if you can't readily see your method of choice, choose to add a method (C).
