eduroam on-boarding for MacOS(CAT)

This is a Guide to on-boarding MacOS devices to eduroam using CAT.  Please note the minimum OS version needed on MacOS to use eduroam is 10.13(High Sierra).

1. Connect your device to the Internet.  If you are off-campus, proceed to step 4.  Otherwise proceed to step 2.

2.  On campus, you may connect your device to the "Lesley WiFi" network for the purpose of installing eduroam.  

3.    MacOS may automatically open a pop-up browser as seen below.  The eduroam installer will not work in the pop-up browser on MacOS.  Therefore you need to use Safari to finish the install.  Press cancel on the popup browser. 

4. Open Safari and navigate to "https://livelesley-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/g/personal/matthew_perry_lesley_edu/EQHzZRSDMg1LnjgOCexQNm4B_VXlE5lUKNCdhxhCjUISTA?e=NQTW2q" or "https://tinyurl.com/bp52yuj2" for short.

5. Click on download.

6. If you get a "Do you want to allow downloads..." Popup press allow

7. You should then get a popup that tells you to review your profile.  If not, go to your download folder and run the eduroam config

8. Go to System Preferences

9.  Select Profiles

10. Select Install

11.  Enter your Lesley email address with the @lesley and password then press Next

12. Enter your Lesley credentials a second time in the "Wired Network" Window and press Install

13. Click Install.

15. You may get a system popup.  If so, enter your password for the computer and press OK.
