Why Is My Media Being Deleted?
Any Kaltura Media content that has not been played within 5 years will be deleted from the system.
If your media has not been played within five years, you will receive an email from notifications@kaltura.com titled Your Kaltura Media is Scheduled for Deletion. Emails will be sent 30 days prior to deletion and again 5 days prior to deletion. The email will list the titles of all media scheduled for deletion.
If you do not want to keep the media, ignore the message and take no action. If you would like to keep your media, you may play it from your Kaltura to remove it from the deletion queue or download it to store elsewhere.
