The university Services Directory is an interactive resource guide inclusive of departments across the University. This guide informs the user of what each department does, in order to quickly serve their needs in a virtual environment. This resource serves as an invaluable information resource for students and a guide for faculty and staff supporting and advising students.

When accessing the directory, its dynamic properties allow you to search for content by keyword, or filter content by audience and topic. In the "Audience" dropdown, you'll find the following selections:

- Prospective Students
- Parents & Families
- Community & Partners
Selecting one of these will filter the contents of the directory to entries applicable to the audience you selected.
In the "Service Topics" dropdown, you can select from the following options:
- Campus & Student Services
- Academics
- Advising
- Community Engagement
- Health & Wellness
- Careers & Internships
- Class Schedules
- Billing & Payments
- Financial Aid
- Admissions
- Athletics
Selecting one of these will filter the directory to entries applicable to the selected topic.
What you'll find on the Services Directory
- Department/office name
- Brief description of the department or office
- Contact information
- Hours of operation
- Links to homepages, knowledge base articles, and/or useful resources
Requesting Updates
Departments and offices that submit information to add to the directory must follow university style guidelines (attached to this article). Information to be added may be edited to maintain the Lesley University voice and tone. Content updates or additions can be requested by submitting a ticket here on the Support Hub.
