Is there a site you would like to intern at but they are not in the Tevera internship database?
If the site meets our internship site criteria and the site is a willing participant, we can add them!
In the Program Management Menu, Select Classroom, then Training.
You must have already completed your pre-application paperwork. Refer to the "How to Browse Internship Sites in Tevera Instructions," if needed.
Select your degree program from the drop-down menu at the top.
Select Browse Sites.
Select Add Placement.
Your internship track should auto- populate. Hit the I'm Ready button.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Hit the Suggest a Site button.
Type in the name of the site you wish to add.
Matching sites may come up. Confirm your site is not already in the database.
When you confirm your desired site is not in the database, hit the Suggest button to proceed.
*This step to be determined. Routing/Vetting, etc.
Once you have been granted approval to proceed with adding your site, hit the + sign next to New Site Application.
Hit Start.
Type in or select the email addresses the application will be sent to. You will choose the contact person at the site for the top two emails and Meg Connor (or Mary?) for the last signature.
When the Site Application has been completed in Tevera by the proposed site, the Field Training Office will review it. If approved, we will notify you and you may then apply to the site.
