Add Education To Your Workday Profile

When logging into Workday, click the person icon on the top right of your screen next to the inbox and notifications icon to be directed your profile. 


Click View Profile



On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a section where your education is displayed. If you would like to add your education. Click Add.



A pop up will be displayed. The default country will be United States of America however you can select another country and below you will search for your School.





Once you have your country and school name selected, you can fill out all other information pertaining to your education. Examples are:


  • Degree
  • Degree Received (Yes or No)
  • Field of Study
  • First Year Attended 
  • Last Year Attended 
  • Grade Average
  • Upload an attachment


You can add more than one education by clicking the Add button right below your first education. Once you are completed, you can click Submit to save your changes.
