Accessing Workday when you are separated from Lesley University

During the time of your separation, you will receive generated emails from Workday providing you with important information about your offboarding process. After your separation date, you will no longer be able to access Workday through Single-Sign-On. 


Two emails will provide you information on how to access Workday


One email will provide your Username. The other email will provide you a Direct Link to Workday and a Temporary Password. If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. 


Below are two examples of the emails you will receive providing your username, password, and link to Workday. 


Note: During your account setup, you will need your mobile phone available.



You would set up your account by clicking the hyperlink to Workday from the email with your temporary password. 


From the sign on screen, you will enter your username and temporary password.


Once you click Sign In, a pop-up will be displayed with a QR code, Account, and Secret Key. This information to help setup Multi-Factor Authentication as extra security when logging into Workday. You can click Next to enter the 6 digit code from the authentication app to validate the login information.


You can click Set Up Later to setup multi factor authentication another time. Please note you have 3 sign-ins before a verification code is required. 



Once you click either action of Next or Set Up Later, you will prompted to create your own unique password. 



If on your own private computer, you can check off Remember this device then Submit. If you are on a public computer, click Skip.



You will then be able to login Workday.
