About Blackboard Ultra
Lesley University is transitioning to Blackboard Ultra, the new and improved version of Blackboard. Ultra courses have been redesigned from the ground up and feature a clean modern interface, responsive mobile friendly experience, consistent and intuitive navigation, improved accessibility, streamlined grading, and more.
Choose Your Ultra Adventure
Choose the training option that best suits your needs! Whether you prefer to go at it alone, or want extra support and training on your journey, we have an Ultra training for you.
Summer Academic Technology Institute
Each cohort will participate in a 2-week online seminar. You will learn how to use Ultra Course View to create an engaging and user-friendly experience for your students. By the end of the 2 weeks, you should have your course well on its way to being converted to run in Ultra.
The Institute will feature 2 synchronous training meetings, 2 synchronous working meetings, optional online office hours, and consultations by appointment.

Introduction to Ultra Course View for Faculty
Join us for a one hour introduction to Blackboard Ultra Course View. We will give you a guided tour of the new interface and set you up with the support and resources that you need to get started teaching in Ultra right away.

Half-Day Ultra Training Session for Faculty
Jumpstart your Ultra adventure with this half-day hands-on training session. Learn how to build content in Blackboard Ultra, including Ultra documents, learning modules, and learning activities such as discussions and assignments.
