Can I get a financial aid reimbursement for books purchased elsewhere?

Modified on Mon, Jan 29 at 1:57 PM

Lesley University has a textbook advance program for eligible financial aid recipients. If you have extra money in your student account, you can use it to buy books and supplies from our online store.

Some students choose to not use their advance and instead buy textbooks elsewhere. If you decide to buy your books in this manner, any remaining money in your student account will revert to a refund. You'll receive the refund after your financial aid is posted to your account.

Please note: the money from the book advance program is part of your financial aid. It's not extra. You need to use it before the deadline given in your email. This program doesn't change the total amount of financial aid you can receive.
