The Support Hub is here to help. If you can't find an answer by searching our support portal, you can submit a ticket for assistance from one of our team members. There are a number of ways to submit a support ticket:
- Submit a Ticket: Via the new support ticket link on the support portal page.
- General Support: Use help@lesley.edu if you don't know the exact department. We'll take all the guesswork out of receiving support.
- Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Registrar's Office: Dial 617-349-8760 (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–5 PM) or use the ticket link above.
- IT Support: Use it@lesley.edu for Information Technology related questions. Dial 617-349-8770 to reach the help desk.
- Teaching and Learning Questions: Email elis@lesley.edu.
- Campus Return Questions: Email campusreturn@lesley.edu.
- COVID Protocols and Testing Questions: Email COVID_update@lesley.edu.
- Submit Institutional Feedback: Email feedback@lesley.edu.
- Emergencies: Email publicsafety@lesley.edu, dial 617-349-8888, or visit one of our Public Safety locations.
- Facilities Requests: Faculty, staff, and administrators can submit work orders via School Dude.
- Bookstore Support: Students, faculty, and staff can find bookstore support resources in this knowledge base article.
Please be advised that all calls made to or received from Lesley University’s Support Hub will be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. This practice ensures the highest customer service standards, monitors and improves our processes, and trains our team members effectively. Recordings are saved for two weeks before being deleted and are handled with utmost privacy and comply with all relevant data protection regulations.
