Saving a web page as a PDF

Follow these steps for exporting a web page to a PDF from your browser:


Safari

  1. Click File > Export as PDF
  2. Choose a file-name and destination and click Save

Chrome
  1. Click File > Print
  2. Under Destination, click Change and choose Save as PDF
  3. Click Save
  4. Choose a file-name and destination and click Save

Firefox
  1. Click File > Print
  2. Click PDF in the lower left of the pop-up box
  3. Click Save as PDF
  4. Choose a file-name and destination and click Save


Internet Explorer


It may be easier for you to do this from one of the browsers mentioned above as they natively come configured to export web pages to PDF files. If you wish to configure Internet Explorer to print to PDF, we have a number of users that prefer the program PrimoPDF. Once you have this software installed on your computer, you can print to a PDF just like you would print to any other printer.
