Our standard classrooms have a projector with HDMI and VGA inputs to plug your laptop into.  We've created an instructional video to show you how to use these systems.

RESERVATIONS
Should you need an adapter to connect to our system or a webcam you can borrow one through our self-checkout equipment reservation portal.  Our support site contains checkout instructions for reserving equipment.

Our pick up location is at the Sherrill Library at 89 Brattle Street in Cambridge.  When you come to our office to check out the equipment at the reception desk a team member can walk you through how to use the item with your computer.  Please allot time to pick up your reservation in person as it cannot be delivered.  If you are unable to pick up or drop off, someone may do so on your behalf.

Email it@lesley.edu or call 617.349.8770 with any questions.

VIDEO CONFERENCING

Lesley University uses Blackboard Collaborate Ultra video conferencing for online learning.  This can be helpful if you need to bring remote individuals to your presentation virtually. We recommend reviewing the setup scenarios for online events guide for an overview of best practices. Additional information regarding Blackboard Collaborate Ultra can be found on the support site

Please note that a faculty member would need to set up the Collaborate session on behalf of the student.

You can reach out to eLearning and Instructional Support at elis@lesley.edu for questions or a consultation regarding Collaborate Ultra.
