Why am I not receiving emails from my course in myLesley?

If you find out that you are not receiving emails from your myLesley course, you should first check your Clutter and Junk folders. If the emails aren't there, you should add the Blackboard emails to your Safe Sender's file.



 Office 365 Safe Senders


1. Click on the Settings Gear, and choose Mail from the My app settings section.



2. Under Options > Accounts, choose Block or allow.



3. Add the [email protected] email address in the Enter a sender or domain here field, and press the + icon. Press the Save icon.
