Adding recovery information to the Lesley University password site

Here is an article on how to add your recovery information to the Lesley Account Management site that you would use to reset your password.   

Note: The system will not let you enter an international number as the recovery mobile information, so you will only be able to enter a personal recovery email.




1.  Go to https://password.lesley.edu.



2.  Enter your username in the User ID field and press Next.

3. Enter your Lesley password in the Password field and press Sign In.

4. Press the Accept button to accept the Acceptable Use of Technology Policy and proceed.

5. You will be brought to your Profile page.  In the Recovery Information section you will add a cell phone number and a personal email that you can use to reset your password.

6.  After you add a cell number and a personal email, you will press the Submit button. Notice that you can press the little "i" for information if you need to see the best way to enter the information.

7. A validation window will come up with spaces for you to enter the pins sent to your cell and personal email.  Enter the pins and press the Validate button.

8. You can press the Close button on the window that pops up.

9. You can log out of the site by pressing the Logout icon in the upper right-hand corner.
