Sometimes personal or professional circumstances require employees to take time off. This could be for the birth of a child, a serious medical condition, or to care for a family member. Submitting a request for leave will require additional approvals.
Accessing Request Leave of Absence:
- Navigate to My Team Management
- Under Actions tile, select:
- Enter Absence
- Select your worker
- Once employee is selected from drop down menu, the following tab will require additional information, a calendar will open to allow you select the time off needed
- After completing the calendar for the days needed for leave, you will need to select the type of leave needed
- Long term Disability
- Military Leave
- PFML
- Unpaid Leave
- Workers Comp
- Leave of Absence (if leave type is unknown)
- Submit the request
The request routes to the Absence Partner for approval/processing
- If the Leave is approved the Absence Partner will reach out to the employee to set up next steps or additional documents required
