Microsoft Office for Students
Lesley University provides Microsoft Office to every student free of charge for as long as you are enrolled here. This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more available for offline and online use to best prepare you for class. As long as you’re a student here and the program continues, you’ll be able to use this software for free. For more information view our support article: Downloading Microsoft Office 365.
*Non-matriculated students can purchase the Microsoft Office Suite for your personal devices.
Microsoft Product Discount for Students
Microsoft offers special pricing for students on hardware and other software applications. Microsoft requires that you use your lesley.edu e-mail account when purchasing software through them. Please visit Microsoft's Student Discount Page for more information.
Adobe Creative Cloud
Students can lease a license of the software from Adobe. Purchase Site.
CORE FACULTY & STAFF
The following discounts are available to all core faculty and staff only.
Core Faculty & Staff Microsoft Office Home Use Program
As part of our volume license agreement with Microsoft, you may install Office 365 on up to 5 devices including home. For more information view our support article: Downloading Microsoft Office 365.
Faculty and Staff receive an Adobe Creative Cloud username to access Adobe software. You can download the Adobe Creative Cloud application to install the various suite of programs.
ADJUNCT FACULTY
The following discounts are available to all adjunct faculty.
Adjunct Faculty Microsoft Office
Adjunct faculty can access web versions of Microsoft Office for free at http://www.lesley.edu/email as part of our volume license agreement with Microsoft. You may purchase the Microsoft Office Suite for your personal devices.
Adjunct Faculty Adobe Software
Adjunct Faculty receive an Adobe Creative Cloud username to access Adobe software on their work computer and at home. You can download the Adobe Creative Cloud application to install the various suite of programs.
EMERITUS, DISTINGUISHED FACULTY, RETIRED FACULTY & ALUMNI
Alumni
Upon graduating from Lesley University, you will be able to retain your e-mail, but will lose access to Microsoft Office. You will need to purchase the Home & Student version of Microsoft Office.
Retired Faculty
If you have met the criteria and have been coded with a Retired status, you will be able to retain your e-mail, but will lose access to Microsoft Office. You will need to purchase the Home & Student version of Microsoft Office for Windows PC and macOS Computers.
*Retired staff are not eligible for an email account.
